Hi my name is Kelsey Vashutah. I am a mama, empowerment coach, trained cacao practitioner, and am honored to hold space for you. 

I believe it is everyone’s birthright to know how to listen to your intuition, honor all parts of yourself and own your path. This is true freedom. Unfortunately, this isn’t taught so it takes our own curiosity and willingness to confront our limiting beliefs. I have been deeply dedicated to this inquiry for over a decade and have been guiding other women to do the same for over four years. 

Through guided meditation, empowerment coaching and ceremonial cacao, my commitment is for you to remember your wholeness and experience self love. Together, we will create a space in which you can learn to meet yourself and experience your greatness.
